Service Loop Electrical Presents — Our First Ever Live Event
May 29 – June 1, 2026
📍 Nita Lake Lodge, Whistler, BC — Condé Nast Top Resort in Canada
You're out there every day — running calls, managing your guys, chasing invoices, trying to figure out why the business isn't growing as fast as it should. You're not lazy. You're not dumb. You just haven't had the right people in the room with you yet.
The Whistler Service Summit 2026 is the first-ever live event from Service Loop Electrical. We're bringing together 26 of the best electric service business owners in North America for a weekend of real training, real roleplay, and real answers — in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Clay Neumeyer, Joseph Lucanie, and Forrest Schwartz — with combined over $10M in sales experience, tens of thousands of leads generated, and who've been responsible for guiding over $21,653,157.86 in generated Electric Service Sales Wins since 2022 — will be in the room with you. Not on a screen. In person. Every session. Every meal. Every moment.
These aren't people who read slides at you. Clay, Joseph, and Forrest each own a different part of your business — operations, sales, and marketing. And they're all going deep. By the end of this weekend, you'll have more clarity on what to do Monday morning than you've had all year.
This isn't a conference where you sit in rows and take notes. Every session is built to move the needle in your business before you even get home. GA attendees arrive Friday and train hard Saturday and Sunday. VIP arrives Friday too — and stays for one extra private day.
Fly into YVR Friday morning. Rent a car at the airport. Drive the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler — it's one of the best drives in the world and it's part of the experience. Check in to your hotel. At 6pm, the full group comes together for a private welcome dinner — fireside, live podcast recording, and Q&A with all three hosts.
A full day of focused work. Clay leads the Operations & Agentic AI session. Forrest leads Marketing & AI Strategy. Catered lunch onsite. Afternoon breakout sessions in the Library. Evening: Service Pro Bootcamp at the private AirBnB chalet — communication drills, sales refinement, live roleplay.
Joseph leads the in-home sales process bootcamp — train the trainer style, advanced options design, rapport mastery, and non-verbal cue training. Clay leads the Installer Bootcamp — train-the-trainer with never-before-seen process and checklists. Afternoon: 90-day action plan built in the room. Accountability frameworks locked.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Optional group hike through Whistler's trails
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Dinner reservation in Whistler Village — the whole group, together
General Admission attendees meet up for a final breakfast together. Celebrate what you built this weekend. Then hit the road — drive back down the Sea-to-Sky to YVR and plan for afternoon or evening flights home. You leave with a plan, a network, and the tools to run a completely different business. Feel free to stay longer — there is so much to see and do in Whistler!

Six VIP seats. One extra day. A helicopter. A volcano. A glacial ice cave. And three of the best minds in the electric service business — all yours. This is the crown jewel of the Whistler Service Summit, and there is nothing else like it on any business event calendar.
Named one of the Top Resorts in Canada by Condé Nast Traveler, a TripAdvisor Top Hotel in Canada, and home to an award-winning Michelin-calibre Resort & Spa. Set right on the water at the base of Whistler Mountain. This is not a conference center. This is not a Holiday Inn. The venue is part of the training.
When you're surrounded by mountains, glacier-fed lakes, and fresh mountain air — the noise of the day-to-day falls away. You can actually think. Plan. Decide. That's the point.
Rooftop hot tubs with mountain views, eucalyptus steam room, full treatment menu, and a peaceful relaxation room. We strongly encourage booking spa services in advance — they fill up fast, especially on a summit weekend. Treat yourself. You've earned it.
The Sea-to-Sky Highway from Vancouver to Whistler is one of the most legendary drives in the world. Ocean on your left, glaciers above you, waterfalls along the way. By the time you pull into Whistler, you're already in a completely different headspace. Here's exactly how to do it right.
Book your flight into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Aim to land by 10:00–11:00 AM Friday at the latest. That gives you comfortable drive time and a relaxed check-in before the welcome dinner at 6pm.
💡 Book the earliest available flight from your city on Friday morning. YVR is a major hub — direct flights available from most US and Canadian cities.Grab a rental car right at the airport — all the major companies are on-site at YVR. Book in advance to lock in the best rate and ensure availability. The drive to Whistler is about 2 hours (120 km) on Highway 99 — the Sea-to-Sky.
💡 Book your rental car before you arrive. YVR has great selection, but popular weekends fill up. Don't leave it to the last minute.Head north on Highway 99. The ocean is on your left, the mountains are above you. Stop in Squamish — home to The Stawamus Chief, one of the world's largest granite monoliths and a legendary rock-climbing destination. Pull over at Shannon Falls (just south of Squamish) — one of BC's tallest waterfalls, a 5-minute walk from the parking lot and absolutely worth it.
💡 The drive is about 2 hours. Add an extra hour on the way home if you're leaving after 3pm — North Vancouver bridge traffic can add significant time southbound. We recommend staying at Nita Lake Lodge — it's where the conference rooms are and it puts you right in the middle of the action. See the booking section below for the group reservation code. Check in, get settled, and be ready for the welcome dinner at 6pm.
💡 Reference group code "SLE Service Summit" when booking Nita Lake Lodge by phone or email to access the group block.General Admission: Plan your flight home for Monday afternoon or evening. The drive back to YVR is about 2 hours — add an extra hour if you're leaving after 3pm due to North Vancouver bridge traffic. VIP attendees depart Tuesday morning. And if you want to stay a day or two longer — do it. There is so much to see and do in Whistler. You won't regret it.
💡 Book a Monday afternoon or evening flight (GA). Don't book Monday morning — you'll want the breakfast send-off and a relaxed drive back.Shannon Falls, BC

Being here and training with us in person means you will find breakthroughs in one, if not all of these areas. And one breakthrough pays for everything.
A few extra sales each week could mean another job every week. Average ticket? Around $2,000. That's an extra $100,000+ per year — from one thing you fix at this event.
Tighten your close rate, improve your options presentation, and a few extra sales per month adds up fast. We're talking $100,000+ per year in additional revenue — from the same number of leads you're already getting.
A strategy that earns 5-star reviews on every job means extra reviews every week, referrals every month, and repeat clients you can count on. That's a business that grows without you grinding harder.
Getting AI to handle more of your operations means you do less, delegate better, and sleep better at night. You can't put a dollar figure on that kind of clarity and freedom.
26 seats. One shot. One deal closed using what you learn here pays for this ticket many times over.
